$0.00

Trying to find a Dextrine Malt that delivers low Beta Glucan with a moderate modification to keep flavor and color low during the stewing cycles of kilning took a while, but we did it. We have made many customers happy to be able to source their Dextrine Malt from a local maltster.

Type: Specialty Grain

Uses: An undermodified and slightly stewed barley malt that delivers slight cereal flavor. Developed to replace European dextrine malts with a local, fresh alternative.

Color: 1.5-2 SRM

Protein: 10.2-11.5%

Flavor: Honeysuckle, Oatmeal, Cucumber, Toast, Oat Straw

Grown In: NH, NY, CT
