In addition to our malts, Valley Malt hammer and roller mills local corn, wheat, rye, and barley for use in distilling spirits. Our team enjoys working with distilleries to provide locally grown ingredients for bourbons, whiskeys and other spirits at an affordable price point.

All of the grains we use are Non-GMO
All malts are also available as either Whole or Milled kernel
All of our malts are available in batches made with grains sourced from New England and New York

Wholesale orders require a 500 lb minimum
