Massachusetts
Wormtown currently has an all-Mass ESB on tap and filled in growlers. Ben also uses our wheat malt in every batch of Wormtown beer. A little piece of Mass in every glass!
Tyler comes to the malthouse in his pick-up truck to pick up our Munich malt for his Stray Dog Lager.
What goes best with local wet hops? Locally grown malt.
The guys at Mystic are using a special MA grown wheat in their most recent release.
CBC uses a portion of Hadley grown malt in their Great Pumpkin Ale. Now available in 22 oz bottles. They also use our organic Hard Red Winter Wheat for their Summer Hefe Weizen.
This Saison is made with our Hard Red Winter Wheat. The BSA Harvest is a special beer made entirely with this year’s Massachusetts grains.
Fresh Grass Ale uses local wet hops from Four Star Farm as well as a portion of malt from Massachusetts.
New Hampshire
These lovely ladies (one who happens to be my cousin) use Valley Malt in every recipe.
The Backyard series highlights the amazing flavor of Warthog Wheat malt.
Valley Malt Pilsner made it into a Short Batch at Smutty. A Kolsch I believe.
Maine
Their Daybreak Pale Ale has our malted Rye in it. If you are looking for a good pale ale, this is it. You can now buy these beer in MA!
Our friend Megan from Bluejacket put us in touch with Tim from Oxbow. He was thrilled to order both base and specialty malts for one of his Freestyle beers.
We were honored to make pilsner malt grown by our friend Dave in Maine for this year’s Hugh Malone.
Peak created a local series edition of beer made of malt and hops from NY, VT, MA, and ME. Taste the terroir of each state. Starting soon, Peak will be using NY grown Wheat and NY and Maine grown Munich in every one of their beers.
We custom roasted the malts for this Collaboration Time I beer.
