Our artisinal malt is crafted from organic grains grown locally. Are you looking for and “all local” beer to offer in your brewpub for you localvore customers? Do you want to make a seasonal beer or distilled spirit with organic and local ingredients? Maybe you found a historical beer that requires a malt you cannot buy anywhere. We will work with you to create malts that are not only local but fresh and custom made to order.

Perhaps you are looking for something different: a light crystal wheat, a smoked triticale with wood from your cherry tree, rye whisky from all New England ingredients. Or maybe you want to commit to using a percentage of local grain in your brewery’s products.

Our base malt can be use for your version of a local ale. Kilned lightly for a mild malt flavor.

Specialty malt that will impart sweet, caramel flavors, mouthfeel and head retention to your local brew.

WINTER RED WHEAT MALT - Belchertown, MA and NY Grown
Base malt for wheat style beers. Beautiful color. Amazing flavor. Can use small amounts (5%) for head retention.
